An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead their beautiful Noosa boutique, bringing together a genuine love of fashion, strong commercial leadership and an exceptional customer experience in one of Australia's most desirable coastal destinations.
The Role |
We are looking for an inspiring and commercially minded Store Manager to take ownership of the Noosa boutique, leading a passionate team and creating an engaging, high-performing retail environment.
This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely loves being on the shop floor, connecting with customers and developing their people, while driving the commercial success of the boutique.
You will:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing boutique team.
Create an exceptional, personalised customer experience through styling, product knowledge and fit expertise.
Drive sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.
Build a positive, inclusive and engaging team culture.
Recruit, onboard and develop your team, identifying future leaders.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and conversion.
Take ownership of rostering, wage management, stock and day-to-day operations.
Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
Partner closely with your Area Manager to drive performance and support the wider business.
The Skillset |
We are looking for a confident, people-focused retail leader who understands how to combine commercial performance with exceptional customer experiences.
You may already be an experienced Store Manager or a high-performing Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step in your career.
You will ideally bring:
Proven retail leadership experience within fashion, swimwear, lifestyle or premium retail.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with sales targets and KPIs.
A genuine passion for styling, customer experience and beautiful product.
The ability to coach, motivate and develop a successful retail team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence delivering personalised and consultative service.
Strong organisational and operational capability.
A proactive, hands-on leadership style.
A positive, energetic personality and genuine enthusiasm for the brand and its customer.
The ability to create a supportive culture while driving accountability and results.
