The Role |
Based in Prahran – we are looking for a Store Manager to lead this boutique to new heights. With a team of 30+ and strong revenue – you will bring your in-depth leadership experience, brand alignment, dedication to customer experience that surpasses all others, and commercial excellence.
As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of boutique operations - leading your team to deliver unforgettable in-store experiences while driving sales and operational performance. You’ll mentor your Assistant Store Manager and Stock Manager, inspire your team to hit ambitious goals, and set the tone for excellence in every detail of the store.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
Champion exceptional client experiences and VIP engagement.
Drive sales performance and exceed boutique KPIs.
Oversee boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance.
Collaborate with senior leaders to analyse results and deliver growth strategies.
The Skillset |
This is a complex retail setting, where experience leading large format teams in a premium or luxury setting is essential!
5+ years of leadership experience in premium or luxury retail, with a high focus on operations and customer experience
Proven success driving sales, leading large format teams, and delivering results.
Strong commercial and operational acumen (P&L experience ideal).
Passion for fashion, styling, and creating exceptional in-store experiences.
A confident, inclusive, and motivating leadership style.
Flexibility to work Tuesday – Saturday roster as standard with ability to lead key events including VIP nights and collection launches.
