We are sourcing an experienced State Manager to join their team, based in Brisbane.

The Role | 

As a State Manager, you will be required to oversee the operations of the stores in your region. You will be accountable for implementing and maintaining boutique standard operating procedures, creating an exceptional customer service experience, lead, mentor, and develop the team to be successful and achieve sales objectives.  

  • You will be highly skilled in managing diverse operations both from the ground and at a distance, and have a strategic mindset as well as excellent abilities in both financial and employee planning. 

  • Be a pivotal brand ambassador, upholding company policies and procedures 

  • Drive sales and performance amongst your region  

  • Inspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunities 

  • Create a positive team culture that promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach 

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills 

  • Establish strong professional working relationships with all key stakeholders 

  • Highly organised and effective delegation skills 

  • Change manager, flexible, and able to effectively lead others through change 

  • Demonstrates clear decision-making and problem-solving skills in all areas 

  • Ability to identify talent and implement succession plans 

The Skills | 

You are an experienced State Manager based in Brisbane who has a thorough understanding of luxury fashion and understands how to mentor, nurture, and develop a team to be successful in achieving sales targets. Positivity, motivation, and energy are qualities that you pride yourself on, along with your strong leadership, dynamic customer service-driven personality, and innate eye for style. 

  • Previous experience as a State Manager with a Fashion brand.  

  • A client-centric customer service approach 

  • Demonstrated experience in improving financial performance 

  • Proven success in team member development 

  • Experience managing a large number of team members, proven success in team member development
