The Role | 

As Social & Influencer Marketing Team Manager, you will be driving reach, engagement and conversion across key platforms by owning the brand’s global social media and influencer strategy.

  • Lead, coach and develop a small team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability, and purpose

  • Build and deliver global + regional social and influencer strategies that spark community and drive brand growth

  • Lead day-to-day content execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn

  • Bring campaigns to life from concept to completion—briefing, gifting, managing, and measuring

  • Own performance reporting, campaign optimisation, and insights-led innovation

  • Collaborate with PR, Creative, Digital, and eComm to amplify launches, events, and activations

The Skillset | 

  • 4+ years’ experience in social and/or influencer marketing (fashion, lifestyle or retail preferred)

  • Strong platform understanding across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team

  • Strategic mindset with creative flair and strong copywriting capability

  • Confident in data interpretation, reporting and optimisation

  • Collaborative, calm under pressure and results-driven

  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns including briefing, gifting and measurement
