The Role |
As Social & Influencer Marketing Team Manager, you will be driving reach, engagement and conversion across key platforms by owning the brand’s global social media and influencer strategy.
Lead, coach and develop a small team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability, and purpose
Build and deliver global + regional social and influencer strategies that spark community and drive brand growth
Lead day-to-day content execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
Bring campaigns to life from concept to completion—briefing, gifting, managing, and measuring
Own performance reporting, campaign optimisation, and insights-led innovation
Collaborate with PR, Creative, Digital, and eComm to amplify launches, events, and activations
The Skillset |
4+ years’ experience in social and/or influencer marketing (fashion, lifestyle or retail preferred)
Strong platform understanding across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube
Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team
Strategic mindset with creative flair and strong copywriting capability
Confident in data interpretation, reporting and optimisation
Collaborative, calm under pressure and results-driven
Experience managing end-to-end campaigns including briefing, gifting and measurement
