The Role |
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the Brisbane flagship showroom. Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll be accountable for all aspects of showroom performance. From team leadership and sales execution to client experience and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded, design-driven retail professional.
Leadership | Lead, mentor, and motivate a passionate team of design consultants to achieve excellence in sales and service. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring each team member feels empowered to succeed and grow.
Client Experience | Champion an elevated, consultative approach to the client journey. Create warm, engaging, and inspiring showroom experiences that connect customers to the brand story and support them in crafting beautiful, functional spaces.
Sales & Results | Drive commercial outcomes by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Leverage data, insights, and local market knowledge to exceed sales targets and enhance showroom profitability.
Operational Excellence | Oversee daily showroom operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and process optimisation. Maintain impeccable presentation standards that reflect the brand’s refined design philosophy.
Collaboration | Partner closely with Regional and Head Office teams across marketing, logistics, and customer care to deliver a seamless client experience from inspiration through to delivery.
The Skills |
Proven experience as a Showroom or Store Manager within design, homewares, or premium retail.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
Commercially driven with a passion for delivering results and creating exceptional client experiences.
A strong appreciation for design, interiors, and styling.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
