The Role |
We’re seeking a motivated and design-passionate Sales Associate to join the Brisbane flagship showroom. You’ll work closely with the Store and Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding results through consultative sales, client relationship building, and impeccable showroom presentation. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a design-driven retail environment.
Client Experience | Deliver an elevated and consultative approach to every client interaction. Take the time to understand each customer’s needs, offering personalised advice that helps them craft beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their style.
Sales & Results | Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement, expert product knowledge, and a passion for design. Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and enhance the showroom’s commercial success.
Showroom Excellence | Support the team in maintaining impeccable showroom standards across visual merchandising, product presentation, and stock management. Ensure every detail aligns with the brand’s refined design philosophy.
Collaboration | Work closely with your team and head office departments to ensure a seamless client journey—from initial consultation through to delivery and aftercare.
The Skills |
Previous experience in a sales or client advisory role within furniture, interiors, or premium retail.
A natural communicator with a warm, engaging, and professional approach to customer service.
Commercially minded and motivated by achieving sales targets.
Strong appreciation for design, interiors, and styling.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
