The Role I

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, culture, and operational standards across your store network. Reporting to the State Manager, you will partner closely with Store Managers to drive sales results, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience across every location.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will translate strategy into store-level execution, analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of future leaders within your region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Store Managers to build high-performing teams.

  • Driving regional sales performance, profitability, and operational targets.

  • Monitoring budgets including sales, wages, and operating expenses.

  • Ensuring consistent operational standards, visual merchandising, and brand execution across stores.

  • Supporting recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Analysing sales and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Managing people matters, compliance, and workplace safety across the region.

The Skill Set I

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong multi-site retail leader with the ability to balance commercial outcomes with people development.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and profitability.

  • A passion for developing leaders and building engaged teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience delivering operational excellence and high customer service standards.

  • The ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement.
