With a strong retail presence across Australia and New Zealand, the brand inspires active living and empowers its people to lead with energy, drive, and passion. We are seeking a Brisbane-based regional manager to join the team.
The Role |
Lead a portfolio of stores across your designated region.
Oversee customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operations.
Drive sales, profitability, and KPI achievement across the region.
Coach, mentor, and inspire Store Leaders, building succession pipelines.
Ensure operational efficiency, wage control, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Uphold visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Report directly to the State Leader, working collaboratively with the wider leadership team.
The Skillset |
Proven experience in multi-site retail management.
Strong sales management and commercial acumen.
Skilled in analysing data to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
Ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence.
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between store locations.
