The Brand I

This Fine Jewellery brand with a global audience, specialises in diamonds and has been spotted on some of the biggest celebrities in the world. Over the last 7 years they have built the brand to include a high performing retail boutique and a growing online channel. In this front-facing role you will bring to life exceptional client experiences and instil a passion for fine jewellery.
  
The Role I

Production & Sales Manager – a pivotal cross-functional position bridging production, operations, and sales. You will oversee production workflows, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless inventory and operational processes, while leading sales initiatives and delivering exceptional client experiences in a boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier and manufacturer relationships, ensuring design integrity and production quality.

  • Oversee production schedules, cost management, and pre-production specifications.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy across POS and e-commerce platforms; manage stock movements, transfers, and stocktakes.

  • Lead boutique sales, clienteling, and VIP experiences, actively achieving revenue targets.

  • Support visual merchandising, packaging, and boutique presentation standards.

  • Provide team training, guidance, and knowledge sharing to maintain high service standards.

  • Analyse product performance, production efficiencies, and client trends to inform business decisions.

  • Assist in planning and executing events, trunk shows, and promotional activations.

Skills & Experience I

  • 3–5+ years in fine jewellery, luxury retail, or jewellery manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of jewellery production, CAD interpretation, and supplier management.

  • Proven success in client relationship management and achieving sales targets.

  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to operate across production, sales, and creative teams.

  • Desirable: goldsmithing/metalsmithing training, custom bench jeweller experience, stone setting or GIA certification, experience with luxury CRM systems.
