The Role I

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager. This is more than a typical role - it’s an opportunity to lead, inspire, and elevate. As Northern Regional Manager, you are the heartbeat of the business on the ground. You will oversee the performance of your stores end-to-end, bringing the brand to life through an exceptional customer experience, high-performing teams, and a relentless focus on results.

You will lead from the front — setting the standard in service, driving commercial outcomes, and creating a culture where your teams feel empowered, motivated, and proud of what they deliver.

From achieving strong sales and profit performance, to building best-in-class teams and executing flawless operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of the stores and the wider Northern region.
