As the retail footprint continues to expand nationally, we are seeking a Sydney-based National Retail Manager to lead and elevate the retail function across Australia.
 
The Role |

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will act as the custodian of the in-store experience nationally, ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence and commercial performance across all locations.

You will lead and develop Store Managers and retail teams, driving a culture of accountability, client engagement and premium service. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strategic oversight with time on the floor, building strong team capability and customer connection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire a national retail network to achieve sales, KPI and service excellence targets.

  • Drive conversion, average transaction value and customer retention strategies across all stores.

  • Build and nurture long-term customer engagement initiatives and clienteling programs.

  • Partner with senior leadership on retail growth strategy and expansion opportunities.

  • Oversee visual presentation and brand standards to ensure a consistent, elevated experience.

  • Analyse sell-through and performance data to inform replenishment and trading decisions.

  • Support the execution of in-store events, collaborations and community activations.

  • Oversee workforce planning, rostering structures and operational efficiencies across locations.

  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development and succession planning.

This role is Sydney-based with regular national travel required.
 
The Skillset |

  • Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role within the premium or luxury sector.

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving multi-site performance.

  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing retail teams.

  • A passion for customer experience and relationship building.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with retail reporting and KPIs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
