As they continue to scale, we’re searching for a National Manager to take the lead, based out of their flagship boutique in Armadale. Monday to Friday roster.

The Role |

This is a pivotal leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a growth environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all retail operations nationally. You'll lead the retail strategy, coach and develop high-performing teams, and bring a sharp commercial mindset to everything you do. You’ll set the tone for store culture, team performance, and customer experience – ensuring that every interaction reflects an elevated brand standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all national retail operations, starting with the Armadale flagship

• Partner closely with Head Office to shape growth strategy and store expansion

• Build and coach high-performing boutique teams to deliver exceptional service

• Drive store performance through clear KPIs, sales targets, and operational excellence

• Oversee recruitment, training, and development across retail

• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and in-store presentation

• Champion the brand culture, values, and vision in every boutique

The Skillset |

• An experienced multi-site or national retail leader, ideally from premium or designer fashion

• Commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and confident managing performance at scale

• A natural leader who builds trust, gives great feedback, and brings out the best in their team

• Strong in recruitment, people development, and succession planning

• A love for fashion, styling, and creating memorable client experiences
