The Role |
 
Reporting into an experienced Commercial Merchandise Manager, you'll support the end-to-end merchandise planning process, working closely with buying, e-commerce, and supply chain teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
 
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure across a multi-channel retail business.
 
Responsibilities will include - 

  • Support seasonal and in-season merchandise planning across apparel categories.

  • Assist with sales forecasting, stock management, and replenishment analysis.

  • Monitor weekly sales, stock levels, sell-through, and markdown performance.

  • Prepare reports and insights to support trading and range decisions.

  • Partner with buyers to ensure commercial and customer-focused outcomes.

  • Assist with post-season analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Skillset | 

  • 1-2 years' experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or a related analytical role. 

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers and data.

  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to develop within a growing business.

  • Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
