The Role |
We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Merchandise Planner to support our planning team across inventory management, sales analysis and seasonal planning.
This role is ideal for someone early in their planning career who is eager to develop strong commercial skills and contribute to delivering the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
You will support the planning function through sales analysis, inventory monitoring and maintaining accurate product data. It assists with seasonal planning, forecasting, and tracking product performance, while also coordinating allocations and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels across channels.
The position maintains regular reporting, prepares insights for the broader team, and contributes to planning meetings and range reviews. Collaboration with Buying, Supply Chain, VM and Retail Operations is essential to support commercial outcomes and address any emerging stock or sales issues.
The Skillset |
2-3 years experience in planning, inventory, or allocations.
Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with planning systems a bonus.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
