The Role |
An exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of integrated campaigns across a national retail network.
This role is focused on end-to-end trade marketing execution, translating brand campaigns into impactful in-store and customer-facing experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless campaign rollout across retail and digital touchpoints.
Note: This role sits alongside a separate part-time position focused on Local Area Marketing, allowing you to specialise in core trade marketing delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute end-to-end trade marketing campaigns aligned to seasonal strategy
Translate campaign creative into in-store execution and collateral
Partner with Buying, Design, Retail and VM teams to bring product stories to life
Manage the campaign calendar, including photoshoots and execution timelines
Coordinate rollout of campaigns across retail and digital touchpoints
Work closely with creative teams (art director & designers) to deliver campaign assets
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
Analyse campaign performance and optimise future activity
The Skill Set I
Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Campaign Marketing
Experience delivering campaigns across retail environments
Background within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty retail preferred
Strong ability to execute end-to-end campaigns, from concept through to in-store delivery
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, retail and buying teams
Commercial mindset with ability to drive sales through marketing activity
Strong organisational and project management skills
Leadership experience is beneficial but not essential. This role can suit either an experienced manager or a strong senior executive stepping up.
