The Role |
We’re searching for an experienced and inspiring Assistant Manager to support the Boutique Manager on the launch of this new boutique. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premium store launch, build a top-tier team, and set the tone for service, experience, and culture from day one.
Lead, train, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional, authentic, and genuine customer service that is in line with the brand’s core values
Be accountable for the team’s comprehensive understanding of brand, product knowledge, store presentation, customer experience, and service standards
Work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.
Build lasting relationships with customers. Drive sales through personal client outreach.
Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space
Strong decision-making skills and initiative to actively increase sales, brand awareness, and retention when on the boutique floor
The Skillset |
The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has the desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships, and loves working with a team. You will also have:
2+ yrs Retail management experience in an Australian Designer or International brand
Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships, and build personal book
Self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
Organized, timely
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
