A founder-led luxury apparel brand experiencing rapid international growth. With a growing global wholesale footprint and expanding direct-to-consumer channels, the business is entering its next phase of scale and is seeking a Head of Supply Chain & Logistics to build, lead, and elevate its global operations.
The Role |
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics expert who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys building structure, systems, and best-practice processes from the ground up. You will be responsible for designing the operational backbone that supports global expansion, margin protection, and exceptional delivery performance.

Responsibilities include:
Operational Leadership & Process Build -
Design, implement, and document robust SOPs, workflows, and control frameworks across the global supply chain.
Build scalable operating rhythms to support international growth.
Lead and support ERP / WMS implementation and optimisation (Zedonk and future systems).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and margin protection across global fulfilment.
Wholesale Logistics & Distribution -Own the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle across all regions.
Manage international freight forwarders, customs clearance, duties, and compliance requirements.
Develop and enforce routing guides and logistics best practices.
Oversee global 3PL partners across AU, EU, and US markets with strong SLA and KPI governance.
Partner with Sales to support seasonal delivery planning, allocation strategies, and risk mitigation.
Inventory & Risk Management -Maintain high inventory accuracy across all warehouses and sales channels.
Implement controls and processes for RTVs, damages, shortages, and claims management.
Proactively identify risks to delivery timelines, service levels, and margin — and resolve issues decisively.
Balance service, cost, and working capital in a high-growth environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting -Partner closely with Production, Sales, E-commerce, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Provide clear, actionable reporting including delivery performance dashboards, weekly status updates, and structured escalation pathways.
Act as a trusted operational leader to the founder and senior leadership team.
The Skillset I
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership within fashion or luxury apparel, with strong wholesale exposure.
Experience managing international logistics, freight, customs, and multi-region 3PL networks.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in a founder-led, high-growth environment.
Strong systems mindset with experience implementing or optimising ERP / WMS platforms.
Commercially astute with a focus on margin protection, efficiency, and risk management.
Highly collaborative, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
