Our client is an established Australian designer business, celebrated for its premium swimwear and ready-to-wear offerings. The Role |
Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, this position combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight. You will be instrumental in accelerating the online revenue growth, managing digital platforms and content, and supporting seamless customer experiences. You’ll have exposure to both local and international channels, with responsibility for driving conversion, optimising the customer journey, and ensuring all digital touchpoints meaningfully represent the elevated positioning of the brand.
Core responsibilities include:
Daily platform management (Shopify, major retailer portals, D2C site): product uploads, merchandising, pricing, promotional execution
Creation and execution of high-impact EDMs and digital marketing content to drive traffic and conversion
Monitoring and optimising onsite user experience: checkout, mobile performance, UX improvements, funnel optimisation
Collaborating across teams including Accounts, Marketing, Creative to support inventory, wholesale onboarding, and international growth
Managing customer relations: queries, returns, post-purchase engagement
Using analytics tools to track performance, draw insights, and report on metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall online sales
The Skillset |
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical capability, commercial acumen, and fashion e-commerce experience. Key attributes include:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce, preferably in fashion / retail
Proficient with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and inventory management tools
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
Able to work independently within a small team while also collaborating cross-functionally
Adobe Suite skills are a plus
