This is a significant time of growth with multiple incredible projects underway - we are now searching for a Digital & eCommerce Manager to join their team based in Redfern Sydney.

The Role |

This role is a key role in the business with a significant proportion of revenue contributed to global and local eCommerce channels – we are seeking a commercially oriented and delivery focused Digital and eCommerce Manager to lead on the strategy and daily management and operations of the e-commerce vertical and corresponding digital channels.

You will develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximise revenue across global markets. Responsible for managing the eCommerce and direct to customer revenue streams end to end, spearheading our digital marketing efforts to foster growth and engagement. You will take an active role in building, and optimising the online business, revenue diversification, and delivering exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

  • Set the e-commerce and revenue strategy for the direct to customer business, designed to drive growth and meet performance objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales, profitability, and customer experience across direct to customer channels.

  • Lead day-to-day operations of digital channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and product plans.

  • Manage the overall online presence of the company, including website content, product listings and promotions – aligning it with the premium nature of the brand

  • Set strategies and initiatives to increase traffic and conversion rates across website, including ongoing maintenance and development.

  • Oversee the e-commerce budget, including forecasting, reporting to the Marketing Director monthly on spend vs budget activity, against the digital P&L.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, wholesale, production and logistics to ensure alignment and support for eCommerce initiatives.

  • Use data and analytics for improvement and strategic opportunities.

  • Working in collaboration with the Marketing Director, responsible for planning and management of weekly homepage content updates to best reflect new season content, priority product categories, and brand storytelling.

  • Drive all digital marketing including eDM, paid media, CRM, SEO and affiliate

  • Manage external agency relationships alongside the Marketing Director

  • Manage email marketing strategies, including content, personalisation & segmentation strategy, re-engagement plans and driving the acquisition of new sign ups.

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly eCommerce sales reporting & analysis, providing actionable insights.

  • Review sales by week / by day / by promotion to agree future activity and track sales performance to budget, forecast & LY by promotion and key web metrics.

  • Analyse and provide insights around site traffic and other key eCommerce metrics with Google Analytics, dashboards, and relevant business tools.

The Skillset |

  • 5+ years experience in a senior digital and eCommerce role

  • Proven experience in developing eCommerce and revenue diversification strategies in the luxury fashion and/or retail industry

  • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results and understanding of key P&L drivers

  • A track record of devising sales and promotional strategies

  • Experience with key digital platforms, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias

  • Strong problem solving, and analytical skills with ability to develop and execute actionable insights from analytics and data

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross functional teams

  • Strong problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • Success in delivering end-to-end user experiences with a commercial result, delivered on time and within budget

  • Extensive understanding of e-commerce metrics and analytics data (customer, campaign and sales analytics)

  • Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving 


  • A passion for the end-to-end customer journey and using data to eliminate roadblocks and identify opportunities
