The Role |

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of boutiques across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about people, performance, and the art of luxury retail. You’ll play a hands-on role in guiding your Store Managers and teams to create client experiences that reflect the brand’s refined vision while achieving outstanding commercial success.

Leadership | Lead, inspire, and develop a network of Store Managers and retail teams through coaching, mentoring, and in-store presence — fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous growth.

Client Experience | Champion a client-first mindset across your stores, ensuring every team member delivers personalised service and cultivates long-term relationships that drive loyalty and brand advocacy.

Sales & Results | Drive business performance across multiple boutiques with a clear focus on sales growth, KPIs, and profitability, celebrating success and identifying opportunities for continued improvement.

Operational Excellence | Oversee seamless operational standards across your region — from stock management and visual merchandising to compliance and policy adherence — ensuring every boutique reflects the brand’s prestige.

Brand Standards | Uphold the brand’s values and aesthetic across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent service, presentation, and client engagement that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Collaboration | Work closely with regional leadership, head office, and cross-functional teams to optimise performance, share insights, and execute strategic initiatives across your cluster.

The Skills |

  • Proven experience as an Area, Cluster, or Multi-Site Manager within a premium or luxury retail environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business performance and drive results.

  • Inspirational leadership style with a passion for developing talent and leading from the floor.

  • Sophisticated personal presentation with a deep appreciation for styling and client experience.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive, collaborative, and performance-driven mindset.
