In partnership with The Talent Mill Recruitment division – we are now seeking a Boutique Manager for their beautiful Karrinyup Boutique.
As a Boutique Manager, you will be a strong brand ambassador – leading your team in retail excellence, developing client relationships, and working collaboratively to deliver strong sales results.
The Role |
Management of the boutique and team effectively by being dynamic, present, and supportive
Develop the store to ensure it effectively operates
Consistently drive sales, with a strong awareness of accumulative budgets weekly/monthly and quarterly
Drive and motivate to achieve success
Customer focus mind set
Emphasise on constant and effective communication
Monitor and address your team, to ensure they are conveying brand presentation, policy and procedure standards

To be successful in this role we are looking for a dedicated people leader – who has come from a retail or sales environment, holds commercial acumen, and is dedicated as a career retailer.
