An exciting opportunity now exists for experienced Assistant Store Managers to join their Indooroopilly and Carindale boutiques, supporting the Store Managers across people, performance and the overall client experience.
The Role |
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the Indooroopilly boutique, taking an active role across team development, commercial performance and creating an exceptional styling experience.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong 2IC, Supervisor or emerging Assistant Manager ready to take on more responsibility, or an established ASM looking to join a business with genuine development and progression.
In addition, you will:
Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and inspiring the boutique team.
Drive sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.
Lead from the floor and create an elevated, highly personalised styling experience.
Build a loyal client base through genuine relationship-building and clientelling.
Coach and develop team members to build confidence and capability.
Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
Assist with rostering, productivity, stock and day-to-day boutique operations.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
Step confidently into the Store Manager role in their absence.
Help create a positive, energetic and high-performing store culture.

You will ideally bring:
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, 2IC, Supervisor or senior fashion retail leader.
A strong understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
Confidence coaching, motivating and giving feedback to a team.
A genuine passion for styling and creating memorable client experiences.
Strong clientelling and relationship-building skills.
A hands-on approach and love of being on the shop floor.
Strong operational and visual merchandising capability.
Energy, polish and the ambition to continue progressing within fashion retail.
