The Role |
Champion the day-to-day operations of the boutique with a dynamic, hands-on leadership approach
Cultivate a high-performing store environment that consistently meets operational and commercial objectives
Drive and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
Inspire, coach, and support your team to achieve excellence
Maintain a customer-first mindset, delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint
Foster open and effective communication across your team
Uphold and enforce brand standards across presentation, policies, and procedures
