We are looking for a driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team in Bondi, NSW.
The Role |
This isn't a typical retail role, but instead an opportunity to bring the brand to life and shape how they the brand translates in the real world. As the Assistant Store Manager you'll exude positive energy, be passionate about delivering personalised service, driving a culture of teamwork and support your manager in continued coaching for your team.

The Skills |
You have 1-2 years' experience in a retail environment, where you have demonstrated leadership skills, accountability, and autonomy. In addition, you:
Lead by example in all that you do, living and breathing the brands values.
Grow and nurture a talented team of brand ambassadors, developing their capabilities and learnings into opportunities for further growth.
You lead with a customer first mindset, delivering exceptional customer service and selling skills which create memorable moments for your customers.
Self-motivated and motivate the individuals within the team to meet and exceed their personal best.
Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
You have an interest in visual merchandising as a sales driver and a brand experience, and are keen to explore this area further.
