You'll be trusted to take ownership of store priorities, confidently lead the team and ensure the business continues to perform at its best.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards

  • Managing stock processes, inventory and operational efficiency

  • Building a positive, supportive and accountable team culture

  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance and customer experience

The Skillset |

We're looking for an experienced, commercially confident and people-focused Assistant Store Manager who is ready to make a genuine impact.

You'll be someone who doesn't need constant direction, understands how to prioritise a busy retail environment and has the confidence to lead an established team while maintaining strong operational standards.

You will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Store Manager within a fast-paced retail environment

  • A proven ability to drive sales, budgets and KPIs

  • Strong coaching, delegation and people development skills

  • Confidence independently managing daily store operations

  • The ability to take initiative and make sound commercial decisions

  • Strong communication and relationship-building capability

  • Experience navigating performance conversations with maturity

  • A genuine passion for creating welcoming and memorable customer experiences

  • Strong operational capability across stock, VM and store standards

  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused leadership style

The Offer |

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Australian retail business that genuinely invests in its people, with an impressive benefits package and a roster offering excellent work-life balance.

You will receive:

  • Competitive salary package + Super

  • Permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week

  • Every Friday and Saturday off

  • One three-day weekend every four weeks

  • 50% team member discount across a portfolio of leading retail brands

  • 30% Friends & Family discount

  • Quarterly clothing allowance of up to $1,000 per year

  • Genuine career progression within a large national retail group

  • The opportunity to take ownership within an established, successful store
