With a strong people-first culture and continued growth across its retail network, we're now looking for experienced Assistant Store Managers for their QVB and Sydney Airport locations.
The Role |
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate team and create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the doors.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend plenty of time on the floor — coaching your team, driving performance and ensuring every detail across service, product and presentation reflects the premium nature of the brand.
You will be responsible for:
Leading from the floor and creating warm, memorable customer experiences
Supporting the Store Manager across day-to-day store operations
Coaching, motivating and developing an engaged retail team
Driving sales targets, KPIs and overall store performance
Building strong product knowledge and bringing product stories to life
Maintaining exceptional merchandising and presentation standards
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
Managing stock, inventory and product rotation
Supporting rostering, labour management and store productivity
Maintaining strong standards across compliance, food safety and operational procedures
Taking ownership of the store and team in the Store Manager's absence

We're looking for a polished, engaging and people-focused retail leader who understands how to deliver a premium experience while keeping a busy store running seamlessly.
You'll love being on the floor with your team and customers and bring the commercial and operational capability to confidently step up when required.
You will bring:
Previous Assistant Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
Experience within premium, lifestyle, hospitality or experience-led retail highly regarded
A genuine passion for customer experience and high-touch service
Strong coaching and team development capability
Confidence driving sales, targets and KPIs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong operational capability across stock, labour and compliance
High standards around presentation and attention to detail
A positive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
The ability to thrive within a fast-paced CBD retail environment
