The Role |
This is a business-critical role, providing varied support to the Directors of the business and ensuring that the wider team are supported with the job board, database and marketing support as required. We are a tightknit and dextrous team, and this role will be responsible for making the wheels turn smoothly. You are the first point of contact for our careers page and the first impression of The Talent Mill for a lot of candidates so someone who appreciates just how critical it is to make the right one is essential!
Supporting with on-boarding clients and set up in JobAdder
JobAdder compliance weekly to ensure all details for candidates, client and placements has been added
Ensuring all clients have current TOB and relevant documents updated
Manage the careers inbox daily - Review and forward relevant applications to Recruitment Partners responding to all applications in a timely manner
Posting of job ads via JobAdder and the website and monitoring ads as they need to be refreshed
Creation of job ad tiles and social media tiles ensuring adherence to brand alignment and guidelines
Update calls with candidates daily to support with sourcing
Updating weekly job sheet and cross referencing with job board to ensure all ads are live
Supporting Marketing Executive with reporting, post scheduling and ad-hoc marketing duties
Support Directors with travel arrangements as required
Assist with travel arrangements and functions and events as required
Assist Directors with regular revenue reporting and consultant billing tracking
Support Marketing Executive with sourcing images for social media
Maintain Business Development Tracker – providing regular updates during weekly WIP
The Skillset |
Open to someone seeking reduced hours (25-30) over the school week – (returning parents to work we would love to meet you!) but we will consider full time for the right candidate. Ideally you will be based in Sydney or Melbourne but open to other cities or even NZ. And as we strive to be as responsive as possible, we do require someone who is available to reply to emails 5 days a week.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, you will be navigating update calls with candidates, needing to skilfully and empathetically respond to candidate applications utilising your EQ, as well as communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
Developed experience in an administration role – experience working with recruiters or fashion is not essential, but it is of course very beneficial
Tech savvy – we utilise a strong tech stack at the Talent Mill including some AI tools – so the ability to learn on the tools is essential (experience with specific programs outside of the Office suite is not essential)
Strong copywriting skills and proof-reading skills, you will be the final set of eyes reading over ads prior to being posted
Exceptional attention to detail – we are looking for someone who can champion brand guidelines and will act as a guardian to these
The ability to prioritise effectively and manage a varied workload
