The Role |

As a Client Advisor you will:

  • Be responsible for providing customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs

  • Have a passion for the brand which is conveyed through creating a luxury client experience

  • You will be very knowledgeable about the brand and product and remain continuously up to date as new products are introduced

  • Contribute as part of a team that is collectively responsible for the day-to-day operations of a leading luxury retail outlet.

  • Report directly to the existing management team within the store

  • Training will be provided so you must be keen to learn new things. You should display an interest in technical devices.

  • Work well in a team environment therefore a high level of people skills is required, and you will need to have a positive attitude.

The Skillset |

We’d love to chat to you if you have the following:

  • Immaculately presented

  • Have a genuinely strong passion for luxury sales

  • Retail sales experience with high-end clientele

  • Genuine interest in watches or a willingness/ ability to learn a highly technical product

  • Great customer service / relationship building

  • Great communication  – spoken and written

  • Full availability Mon - Sun
