The Role |
As a Client Advisor you will:
Be responsible for providing customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs
Have a passion for the brand which is conveyed through creating a luxury client experience
You will be very knowledgeable about the brand and product and remain continuously up to date as new products are introduced
Contribute as part of a team that is collectively responsible for the day-to-day operations of a leading luxury retail outlet.
Report directly to the existing management team within the store
Training will be provided so you must be keen to learn new things. You should display an interest in technical devices.
Work well in a team environment therefore a high level of people skills is required, and you will need to have a positive attitude.

Immaculately presented
Have a genuinely strong passion for luxury sales
Retail sales experience with high-end clientele
Genuine interest in watches or a willingness/ ability to learn a highly technical product
Great customer service / relationship building
Great communication – spoken and written
Full availability Mon - Sun
